Remember while we choose to pursue positivity for ourselves, spreading it to others is the true joy. We can't imagine what someone who is suicidal may be feeling. Having what seems like too frequent an encounter with the sudden death of others, this podcast attempts to address how we may be able to contribute in helping someone's outlook.
